1. General terms and conditions of LH Hotels & resorts s.r.o.
1.1. These general terms and conditions govern the bookings via the hotel website
of LH Hotels & resorts s.r.o.
1.2. By visiting and browsing our website, using it and making a booking
you confirm that you have read the terms and conditions below and that you have understood them
you agree with them.
1.3. The company LH Hotels & resorts s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as LHHR) is registered at the address Římska
103/12, 120 00 Prague 2 Vinohrady. All correspondence should be sent to the above
the given address.
1.4. By booking through the LHHR hotel website, you enter into a direct (legal
binding) contractual relationship. Therefore, you confirm and represent that you are eligible
to legal actions and you are over 18 years of age that you accept responsibility for all payments that have been made
made on your behalf or by credit/debit card and confirm that the information provided by you
are true and correct.
1.5. All orders placed by you will be considered as an expression of your free will
purchase the required services that are available in LHHR's hotel offer. Yours
the order will not be contractually bound until it is confirmed by the hotel or
sales department of LHHR and until payment of the advance invoice is made or
payment card guarantee for accommodation needs.
2. Types of reservations
2.1. It is possible to create two types of reservations on hotel websites
a) standard reservation with the option to cancel the reservation free of charge 24 hours before arrival
b) the non-refundable rate of the so-called non-refundable reservation without the possibility of cancellation and refund.
2.2. A standard reservation with the possibility of cancellation can be changed or canceled according to the applicable cancellation conditions
depending on the selected term.
2.3. Non-refundable reservations can be changed or canceled without the option
refund of the already paid reservation price. Compared to standard reservations, these reservations are always
discounted prices and the discounted price is conditional on the immediate advance payment
from the client's credit/debit card and at the time of booking.
3. Making an online reservation
3.1. When making an online reservation through the LHHR Hotels website, it must be filled out
reservation form with all the required data related to the accommodation (selection of the required
hotel, date of stay, number of people, number of rooms and possibly discount code) and then click on
BOOK. You will then be taken to a page where you can book a certain type of room,
according to price and payment terms. In the next step, you are redirected to the page where you fill out
booking form and you must enter your credit/debit card details.
There are two payment terms, you can choose:
a) discounted booking price for bookings without the possibility of cancellation and refund
money with immediate pre-payment via your credit/debit card
b) standard booking – payment at the hotel reception and credit/debit card details are in
forms listed only for the purposes of the accommodation guarantee. After final approval and dispatch
booking, you will receive a booking confirmation showing all the details
information about your reservation.
3.2. In the event that you choose as a method of payment an immediate subscription via
credit/debit cards, so the hotel, after receiving the order, will charge the amount of the reservation to
credit/debit card specified in the reservation. If the booking should be paid by credit/debit
by a 3rd party card, i.e. that the clients who will be staying at the hotel will not have credit/debit cards with them
card with which the payment will be made, contact the reception of the hotel by e-mail so that we can
they sent a link to a secure payment gateway where the payment will be made.
3.3. If the payment authorization goes well, you will receive a confirmation email with a confirmation
reservation and invoice. If you do not receive a confirmation email or if you have any questions,
please contact our reservation department or reception at the email address of the respective hotel.
All contacts can be found on the websites of individual hotels.
4. Changes to reservations
4.1. All changes to reservations (change of name, date of reservation, change of hotel, room type, etc.)
it must be done in writing to the hotel's reception email, contacts can be found on the website
websites of individual hotels. Requested changes will be confirmed back to you. In case that
the change request will not be possible, you will be informed of this fact
5.1. On our website, we always show the average price per room/night and the total price
per stay. In the reservation form when creating a reservation, it is possible to edit the currency in which
you demand to pay. We accept payments in CZK and EUR, please ask for any other currencies
contact the hotel reception.
5.2. Payment by credit/debit card can be made in CZK and EUR, if applicable
For other currencies, please contact the hotel reception.
5.3. Exchange rates are set daily and are based on CNB rates. Course information and overall
the price in CZK that was deducted from your credit/debit card is always shown on the invoice, which
you will receive a confirmation email in the attachment.
6. Payment terms
6.1. The method of payment depends on the choice of the type of reservation and the payment terms are always indicated
in the booking form.
6.2. For standard reservations with the possibility of cancellation 1 day before the arrival, the direct payment method applies
at the hotel reception. When paying at the hotel reception, we ask clients for guarantee purposes
accommodation, their credit/debit card number including card validity. We are only checking this card
and we carry out the so-called pre-authorization of a credit/debit card in the amount of CZK 1. Before authorization is understood
blocking of the amount on the credit/debit card for a limited period of approx. 14 days (the length of the blocking depends on
terms and conditions of the credit/debit card issuer), so it is not a relevant download
amounts from the client's credit/debit card.
6.3. For reservations without the possibility of cancellation and refund, the condition applies immediately before payment
from the client's credit/debit card. Deducting the accommodation amount from the credit/debit card indicated
in the order, the reception of the given hotel performs directly at the hotel payment terminal.
7. Cancellation terms
7.1. By making a reservation, you accept the relevant cancellation conditions in the event of no-show at the hotel
or in case of late cancellation of the reservation.
7.2. All cancellations or changes to the reservation must be made in writing by e-mail and
sent to the address of the reception of the respective hotel. Your cancellation or change of reservation will be refunded
confirmed in writing. This confirmation will also include the possible amount of the contractual penalty, according to
applicable cancellation conditions.
7.3. For standard bookings with the possibility of free cancellation 24 hours before arrival and payment
at the hotel reception, in case of cancellation of the reservation no later than 6:00 p.m. 24 hours before
upon arrival, you will not be charged any contractual penalty. In case of cancellation of the reservation after this period
or in case of non-arrival you will be charged a contractual penalty in the amount of 100% of the accommodation price and
any other ordered services for the first night.
7.4. For non-refundable and non-refundable bookings with immediate payment on the day
creation of a reservation applies in the event of a change, cancellation of the reservation or in case of no-show
a contractual penalty of 100% of the total price of the reservation is charged.
• Cancellation of the reservation up to 7 days before arrival without a contractual penalty
• 5 - 7 days - contractual penalty in the amount of 50% of the total price of the reservation
• 2 - 4 days - contractual penalty in the amount of 75% of the total price of the reservation
• 1 day before arrival - contractual penalty in the amount of 100% of the total price of the reservation
• no show - contractual penalty in the amount of 100% of the total price of the reservation
8. Complaints and Compensation
8.1. If you have a complaint about the quality of accommodation or reservations about the services provided, try
solve everything immediately on the spot with the reception or with the hotel management and allow them to handle the situation
fix as soon as possible.
8.2. If it is not possible to solve the problem on the spot, send us your complaint by e-mail
email@example.com no later than 10 days from the date of your return. Your complaint will
investigated and possible compensation will be proposed based on the applicable rules set
relevant legal regulations.
The company LH Hotels & resorts s.r.o. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Yippee
it is your responsibility to regularly check the wording of these terms and conditions before each reservation
and become familiar with their possible changes.
